Everson-Coughlin Funeral Home has been great to work with, especially during difficult times. They are kind, transparent, and efficient at what they do. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, we needed to stream a funeral service online. Everson-Coughlin Funeral Home did a great job with making that happen, great video and sound quality, and easily accessed. Thank you guys for all you do for our community.
Since I live out of state, I called to ask where to view the funeral services online for a family member. The person who answered seemed annoyed that I was calling and didn't explain that the video would be streamed on Facebook, NOT on their website. I missed being able to watch the services live. Yes, there is still a video of it online, but that's not the point. You should have taken the time to tell me how to get to it to view in the first place! An absolutely stunning lack of caring. I'd give you zero stars but unfortunately that's not an option.
It was such a pleasure to work with Eddy and his staff. He was helpful and professional and took care of all of our needs. This was the second time we have used your services and both times we were deeply cared for.
Not the first time our family has used this funeral home. Absolutely blown away with the level of professionalism and attention to detail they display. They put family first and honestly make one the hardest parts of life that much less difficult to deal with. Big thanks to Eddy and company.
