Came to install new water heater, missed checking one of the lines that was leaking and caused water damage on the wall. They came back to fix within a few days but charged me over $100 as a service fee for something that should have been done the first time. I understand paying the $15 for piece that needed to be changed, but not another service charge!
Paul’s Plumbing installed a whole house water treatment system for me. I purchased a Springwell system online and had it delivered. Called Paul and set up a date and time for installation. His guys were prompt and had me set up in a few hours. It’s a small family company. I usually try and support small local business when I can be cause they tend to do the best work. Wasn’t disappointed. Highly recommend Paul’s Plumbing.
