I was pretty anxious trying to find a mechanic here since I moved from San Diego & from North Carolina. I read almost all the reviews on Google & Yelp trying to find a good place, and I finally found Precise. I needed an oil change and it was recommended I also change my tire steering fluid- something my previous mechanics did not catch. They are quick, efficient, and respectful. They are clear with things that needs to be done and pricing. It is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, and it eases my anxiety to have seemed to have found that here. Thank you.
So so nice. I stopped by without an appt to get the plastic protective cover under my car removed since it was dragging on the road. The guys quickly did it and even gave me good recommendations for a repair I likely needed in the future. They didn't charge me for the quick service (so I tipped as a thanks).
John at Precise Auto Care has become my go-to for any car problem. He has always been honest and reliable, which to me are the most important characteristics in an auto mechanic. He is thorough, and doesn't try to sell me something I don't need. For instance, most recently we thought our car needed a new alternator. He tested the alternator, and it was fine. The battery just needed to be replaced. Highly recommend for someone who wants to trust their mechanic.
Coming to Precise auto was a complete life saver.. I’m heading home and had car issues, they got me in right away.. they diagnosed the problem right away and got right to work.. Terryn was amazing, very knowledgeable and answered every question I had right away before even bringing my car in.. She was incredible.. Curtis was my mechanic and it was a pleasure working with him.. Everyone at this shop was very welcoming and made business awesome.. Anytime that I have vehicle issues I will come here and will recommend them to whoever needs service..
I could not be happier with the communication, service and price. My husband was out of town when my radiator developed a leak and he instructed me to take the car here. They were professional and courteous and I never felt like I was trying to be sold unnecessary services or repair work. Great Local Garage. I would love to say I will never be back, but something will break on my car in the future and the good thing is I’ve found a place I can trust to do a good job.
