I did not get what I paid for from this company. I called them because I was having an issue with my 5 year old Frigidaire refrigerator not cooling enough, and the freezer getting too cold and developing frost. The tech came out to my house and spent maybe 10 minutes from when he walked in to when he left, and most of this time was him writing up a quote. I explained what was going on with the refrigerator, and he spent about a minute looking at it and told me the problem was that the gaskets were too stiff and needed replacing. I was quoted over $700 to replace the gaskets. I declined having them do this work due to the outrageous quote and the fact that I didn’t think the tech spent enough time to accurately diagnose the problem. I had someone else look at it and figured out that the problem was with the damper. After getting the damper fixed the fridge has been working fine. It had nothing to do with the gaskets. So basically I gave this company $115 to do absolutely nothing for me. Maybe I just had a bad tech, but I suggest finding someone else who actually knows what they’re doing. I’m very dissatisfied with giving this company money and getting literally nothing of value in return.

We met Mr. Rodney White, during the performance of his duties, when he came to my home to repair our dishwasher. Famous Tate , by error, sent two techs to our home, from two different companies, about 45 minutes apart. The first guy, from Sears was not, in any way professional (including not wearing a mask and refused one when offered) and left with the dw still not working. To our surprise, Mr White knocked on our door soon after, properly identified himself, was clean, wore a mask and gloves, had a proper tool bag, and was prepared to work. A great start to what turned out to be, a pleasant experience. Mr. White immediately went to work, identified the issue, repaired same, and was done. Then explained briefly to us, what had happened. Employees like Mr White will contribute in the success of any company. We wish Quality Appliance Service continued success in your area of expertise during these difficult times.
My dryer stopped working suddenly, so I called Quality Appliance to help! I spoke with Tami, who did such a fabulous job at making sure everything was taken care of. She was professional and super helpful. James came out almost immediately and got my dryer up and running in no time. It's hard to find a company these days that are eager to help, and go above and beyond! That is exactly what Tami & James did, and I am so thankful to have found this company! Thank you both!
Tania heard my problem over the phone and was honest enough to make sure I hired someone to clean my wall ducts rather than have the dryer fixed. I decided to have the dryer cleaned out as well and James was very accommodating by calling in advance. He was waiting for me when I got home from work and was as pleasant as could be. Did a thorough job and explained everything. Very professional people!
